7. Mistakes to avoid

7.1 Above all, don't refuse to pass on MSDSs to customers who ask you to do so.

This could result in heavy penalties (three months' imprisonment and a fine of 20,000 euros under article L. 521-21 II 1° du Code de l’environnement ) and poor business relations.
