1. Who do you need to provide with an SDS?

The safety data sheet, an essential communication tool for the protection of human health and the environment, must be provided to all players in the chemical industry's supply chain.

Supply chain: the flow of products and information along logistics processes, from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to the consumer. The supply chain includes all service providers and customers.

Under REACh and Code du Travail , SDSs must be supplied to all recipients of substances or mixtures. They are often referred to by the general term "downstream users".
