3. What are the requirements for harmonized substances?

Your substance is harmonized:

  • in the case of biocidal (according to règlement 528/2012 ) or phytopharmaceutical (according to règlement 528/2012 ) active substances, their classification is fully harmonized (art. 36-2 of CLP); you must apply all the classifications and labelling elements set out in Annex VI of CLP; only the precautionary statements (P-phrases) for CLP labelling need to be completed according to the hazards identified;

  • in the case of another type of substance, its classification may be partially harmonized and therefore incomplete,...
