2. Dynamic systems: special features

Compared with "classic static" biochip systems , one of the key features of dynamic biochips is their ability to "naturally" track in real time their interaction with the molecules to be detected, and to analyze the signatures of the molecules' interaction kinetics.

If each kinetic is broken down into steps, any interaction can be simply described in 5 steps and its signature can be vectorized by 4 values (τ on , Q d , τ off and Q s ) characteristic of a first-order chemical reaction, illustrated in figure 2 and characterized by the formula :
