6. Analytical diaphragm calculation

The analytical approach presented here is based on calculations made by M. Boivin and J. Bahuaud . This approach starts with a Belleville washer calculation and extrapolates it to diaphragms, assuming that the influence of fingers on diaphragm behavior is negligible.
