3.1 Establishing Euler's equation in the pseudopermanent regime

Since a Bernoulli equation has been established for the average load between two straight sections of a pipe, this paragraph gives a simple expression for the integral equation of momentum, also known as Euler's equation, applicable to a real fluid flow tube in steady (laminar flow) or pseudopermanent (turbulent flow) flow.
