4. Carry out the work and have it validated by an independent body
Without specific in-house expertise in thermal insulation work, and without a dedicated team, it's risky to try to carry out this task in-house. Depending on the number of buildings on the industrial site to be renovated, their size and age, the cost of insulation can be doubled or more. Government grants and subsidies are available to reduce these costs. Even if they are granted under certain conditions, why deprive yourself of them?
