1. What are the current regulations and deadlines?
Less than 20% of the French population travels more than 50 kilometers per day. The rest (80% of the population) travels an average of 30 kilometers per day. As a result, the French National Assembly ( loi LOM ) has introduced provisions in Articles L. 224-10 and L. 224-12 of the French General Tax Code ( Code de l’environnement ) with a view to making the vehicle fleets of the companies concerned more environmentally friendly.
