2. Which operator can be entrusted with the measurements?

The air-tightness test is carried out by a measurer, diagnostician, architect or inspection office. The technician must be Qualibat 8711 qualified.

The operator must be independent of the client, the project manager and all the companies involved in the building's construction. Measurements are carried out in accordance with a clearly defined EN 13829 standard.

A certificate is issued by the blower door operator. It shows that the air-tightness test has been carried out and that the air-permeability target has been reached for the building.
