1. Why measure air permeability?

To qualify for RT2012 certification or a label (BBC Effinergie, Passiv'Haus...), a building must meet certain criteria, including Q4Pa-surf, the envelope air permeability indicator.

This indicator is measured by a Qualibat 8711 qualified technician in accordance with standard NF EN ISO 9972 and its Guide d’application FD P50-784 .
