1. Draw up an energy and metrology inventory of the industrial site

1.1 Knowing the production site

First, draw up an inventory of the company's energy use, based on available data: energy bills, existing meter readings, production volumes, etc.

Then, based on discussions with the industrial site operator, gather the following information:

  • identification of auxiliaries and utilities (compressed air units, boiler rooms, steam boilers, refrigeration units);

  • inventory of energies used (electricity, gas, fuel oil, biomass, etc.) ;

  • visualization of material and energy flows.
