6. Examples of machine calculations

In view of the new conditions imposed by the use of refrigerants, the calculations proposed in the [BE 9 744] dossier must address current issues such as the changeover to endangered fluids like :

• R12 already eradicated;

• R22, whose use will become precarious from 2010;

• in particular in liquid chillers with R134a and R407C with high thermal slip.
