3. Continuous overpressure

3.1 Definition

The basic principle is the complete elimination of costly and cumbersome air pressure tanks. Each manufacturer has customized the system according to his own experience and equipment.

In this way, installation, maintenance, air renewal and, above all, noise problems are considerably reduced, not to mention the fact that the space required for pressure boosting is much smaller in this case, since the space often taken up by the tanks is saved.

Most often referred to as continuous pressure boosting or direct pressure boosting (see figure 7 ), this technique essentially consists of supplying consumption points directly from the pump....
