 INTRODUCTION

Reactive powder concrete (RPC) is a cementitious matrix material for which the number, nature, morphology and dosage of the various granular components have been optimized to achieve high mechanical performance and improved durability.

The ductility imparted to BPR by the addition of metal fibers makes it suitable for many applications without the need for passive reinforcement. BPR can also be used to build structures prestressed by pre- or post-tensioning.
