6.1 Qualibat

Created in 1949 on the initiative of official representatives of building contractors, architects and project owners, Qualibat (originally OPQCB) is the French organization responsible for the qualification and certification of building contractors. Qualibat's mission, as a private-sector organization under government control, is to provide clients and specifiers with all the information they need to assess a building company.
