10.1 Treatment techniques

A detailed description of construction techniques is included in the "Construction of earthworks" file, devoted to equipment and site execution.

The GTS guide describes the main techniques for treating embankments and subgrades. For illustrative purposes, we have extracted figures 8 and 9 , pages 18 and 19 (GTS references C2-1a and C2-1b), which show the kinematics of operations in the case of subgrades.
