2. ERP classification

For the sake of brevity, we'll deal with the main constructional measures and measures relating to technical equipment that can be found in regulatory texts concerning establishments open to the public (ERP).

For more detailed information, please refer to the relevant regulations listed in the "Further information" section. [Doc. C 3 282v2] always associating the inseparable pair :

• on the one hand, general provisions (common core);

• on the other hand, by the special provisions specific to a type of establishment according to the classification below.
