3. Specific construction requirements
The major problem facing the construction industry, or to be more precise, the ecosystem made up of the various parties involved in the act of building, is to move from purely quality-oriented quality to the search for the least possible deterioration in the results obtained throughout the value chain, with regard to the expected performance targets.
In this quest for rationality, the aim is to go beyond simple compliance with a binary formalism (compliant/non-compliant) to create genuine added value for the end-user, as well as for the companies involved in the act of building.
However, to achieve this, it seems necessary to return to the specific characteristics of the built object. In particular, it will always be a single-use artefact, but this does not preclude the search for generic methodologies that can protect actors from the incapacitating...
