8. Conclusion
The conductor, the architect, the project manager, the expert, must bring together all the players involved in a project, pooling their know-how to produce the best score, the ideal building, meeting the client's requirements, a certain aesthetic, but also complying with current regulations (urban, environmental and technical).
His technical role is evolving, as he needs to be able to understand the production constraints of each discipline, and to be able to dialogue with all the trades on the same support. From the design stage, he also needs to be able to respond to the RE2020, and estimate the carbon footprint of his project.
In the midst of this revolution, or rather evolution and new context, and with all these new instruments abounding, the architect must not only retain his role as designer, but also transform his mode of practice...
