2.1 Safety file (GE2)

The file must contain :

• a notice summarizing the measures taken to comply with the safety regulations;

• a site plan, layout plans and facade plans of the proposed constructions, highlighting, on the one hand, the accessibility conditions for emergency vehicles, and more particularly the widths of the roads and the locations of fire bays, and, on the other hand, the presence of any buildings or premises occupied by third parties;

• in order to verify specific points relating to safety regulations, sectional and floor plans, as well as any intermediate floors installed between two levels or between the last floor and the roof of the building;
