3. Technical checks
3.1 General (GE 6)
Technical checks must be carried out by persons or organizations approved by the Minister of the Interior, or by competent technicians.
The builder or operator must provide the safety notice, plans and information concerning the technical installations, the requirements of the building permit or work authorization, as well as any requirements notified following inspections by safety commissions.
