8. Existing plants (article PS 34)
Existing parks in operation on the date of application of the present decree, whatever their capacity, are deemed to comply with the provisions against the risks of fire and panic insofar as they meet the provisions of the regulations that were applicable to them at the time they were built and put into operation, or to which they were subsequently made subject.
