1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (article PS 1)

Excluded from the scope of these articles are covered parking lots linked exclusively to a residential building and a building governed by the Labour Code.

They lay down the requirements applicable to covered parking lots that can accommodate more than 10 motor vehicles. The total permissible laden weight of each vehicle admitted to these car parks must not exceed 3.5 t.
