2.1 Design and service (article PS 5)

The floors of the highest and lowest levels of a parking lot may not be more than 28 m from the reference level. To enable firefighters to gain rapid access to each level, car parks with more than 7 levels of infrastructure must have at least 1 elevator with a firefighters' priority call system.
