The present instruction is issued in application of the provisions of article R. 123-11 of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation, modified by decree no. 2006-165 of February 10, 2006, and of article MS 71 of the Règlement de sécurité contre les risques d'incendie et de panique dans les Établissements Recevant du Public (ERP) (§ 5.11.2 of [TBA 3 011] ) (figure 1 ).
