2.1 Historic monuments (article V 3)

In establishments on the list of buildings classified as historic monuments, work recognized as necessary by the Safety Commissions, in particular in application of article R. 123-13 of the Construction and Housing Code and article GN 10 (§ 2.7 of [TBA 3 000] ), may only be carried out under the conditions set out in the regulations governing historic monuments.
