3.1 Seats and prie-dieu (article V 5)

§ 1 Sufficient space must be provided between rows of seats, or between seats and prie-dieu, to allow free evacuation. This provision does not prevent the installation of kneelers between rows.

§ 2. in mitigation of the provisions of article AM 18 (§ 5.4 of [TBA 3 003] ), seats must be joined together in rows to form furniture elements that are difficult to overturn.
