1. General
1.1 Establishments subject to regulation (Article V 1)
The provisions of Type V establishments apply to religious establishments (churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, etc.) where the number of members of the public is greater than or equal to one of the following figures:
100 people in the basement;
200 people on upper floors and other elevated structures;
300 people in all.
