4. Site installation – Platform assembly

Site installation and platform erection must comply with the following steps:

• prepare packing, delivery, means of transport and unloading;

• mark out location and access paths ;

• make sure the soil is load-bearing ;

• install the suspension devices, taking into account the centre-to-centre distance of the winches attached to the platform stirrups;

• hang cables on suspension devices, one hanging point per cable;

• carefully lower the cables to the ground using a rope;

• fit high limit stops (use of electric winches) ;

• assemble the floor platforms vertically to the suspension devices ;
