1. Overview of the different types of warranty

The completion of an operation, such as the construction of an industrial building or a single-family home, can be subject to hazards that can compromise its completion, and about which the client is not always well informed. During or after construction, it is therefore essential to provide the client, who has taken out damage insurance, with the guarantees of the other partners in the building process (project manager, architect, builder, contractors, etc.).

If the client observes any defects after acceptance of the work, he can take action, if possible with his project manager, by invoking these guarantees against the builders or contractors.

  • Completion guarantee (1 year)
