The free circulation of construction products within the European Economic Area (EEA) is associated with a common technical standardization based on the seven jointly-developed requirements of the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). Within this framework, structural design and calculation rules are the subject of the so-called "Eurocodes" standards used to prove the conformity of structures. These standards are :
