4. Calculation elements for supply pipes

In principle, water supply networks do not fall within the scope of the building sector, but rather within that of the VRD (Voirie et Réseaux Divers) or even Ponts et Chaussées. However, we feel it's worth mentioning them here, if only for the simple reason that most of the calculation methods applied in the building sector derive from them. What's more, it's not uncommon for building equipment to be accompanied by the external works on which it depends.
