 INTRODUCTION

in collaboration with France de CHATEAUVIEUX (RTE)

Electrical energy is distributed to customers in the form of a voltage constituting a three-phase sinusoidal system with a frequency of 50 Hz. One of the characteristic parameters of this system is the voltage amplitude. However, at a given point on the electrical power network, for a short period of time, we can sometimes observe either a sudden drop in amplitude, or a complete disappearance of the voltage. These disturbances are known as voltage dips or short interruptions.
