12. TDD mode

TDD is much less developed than FDD. Being a variant intended for microcellular portions of the 12.2 network, it is not considered a priority by operators and infrastructure manufacturers. The standard itself is still subject to certain evolutions in versions 4 and 5, version 99 having only laid the foundations for the version closest to FDD mode, TDD mode at 3.84 Mc/s.
