1.1 Need to know the radio environment

Man cannot escape his electromagnetic environment, whether natural or artificial. It's clear that emission sources are proliferating, exposing modern man to an environment that his predecessors never experienced, with the obvious exception of natural fields. Faced with this electromagnetic pollution, and at the health level alone, it's perfectly legitimate to ask questions about these exposures and their power levels.

In parallel with this strong growth in RF sources, the public is becoming increasingly concerned about the precautionary stance taken by scientists, who are unable to definitively affirm the harmlessness of exposure to modest-intensity fields encountered by humans on a daily basis.
