2. Dimensions of logistics performance

If logistics is at the heart of a company's priorities, it's because it makes a major contribution to performance, with a particular impact in a number of areas. Improving the supply chain means acting on a number of levers that improve the profitability of the companies that make up the economic sector, the value-added chain associated with this supply chain.
