1. Different types of classified facilities

The following are subject to declaration (D) under the ICPE (Installations Classées pour la Protection de l'Environnement - Classified Installations for Environmental Protection) regime , foundries which do not present serious hazards or inconveniences, but which must nevertheless comply with general regulations issued by the minister responsible for classified installations.
