5.1 Foundries and registration

The specific headings for foundries (2550, 2551 and 2552) are not covered by the registration system, but foundries subject to declaration may carry out activities or manage storage facilities subject to registration.

The registration file must include mandatory information on :

• the identity of the applicant (natural or legal person),

• plant location,

• the characteristics of the planned activity (in particular, the associated ICPE nomenclature heading),

• project plans (geographical and urban location),

• the document justifying compliance with the requirements...
