1. Sustainable development
Sustainable development is defined as development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This concept was born out of the realization that the state of the planet is in serious decline. Indeed, the increasing scarcity of certain resources, the greenhouse effect, pollution of the atmosphere, water and soil, the problem of waste, climate disruption, natural disasters and many other nuisances highlight the need for better protection of the environment, as well as the need to control economic growth so that it enables sustainable development for future generations
