4. Coating control
Copper cladding, like any other metal cladding, must be inspected in accordance with the specifications imposed by the client or the standards in force. In addition to thickness, adhesion and porosity, the cladding must be characterized for its properties of use, i.e. electrical resistivity, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, etc.
