6. Conclusion

Indispensable in most cast-iron foundries, the automatic induction casting furnace is a precise, high-performance and safe piece of equipment.

Whether vertical or flat casting, speeds now exceed 400 molds per hour.

The operation, monitoring and maintenance of these furnaces are of paramount importance, and require specific training for all personnel.

In fact, it's the identification and interpretation of all operating parameters that enable us to achieve such high levels of productivity.

For safe operation of an automatic casting furnace, the most important rule to remember is: always know where energy is being consumed, and constantly monitor the consistency of thermoelectric parameters.
