4. Quantifying flows and inventories
You will identify all the data needed to quantify flows and stocks:
nature of product flows (purchased, imported, consumed, manufactured, sold, rejected or disposed of) ;
quantification of the flow over the calendar year (tons or kilos per calendar year, taking into account the last three years and your future forecasts) ;
duration and frequency of use, variability (tons per day, number of days of use per year, variation factors such as market, season, climate, etc.);

stores/warehouses ;
