3. Identifying exposure situations

In this third stage, the decree asks the company to identify the exposure situations.

  • situation 1: collective or individual protection measures have been put in place, even if they are still insufficient in terms of the criteria corresponding to the exclusion situations referred to above;

  • situation 2: other situations (excluding exclusion situations).

Situation 1" refers to engineering measures such as enclosed work or mechanical ventilation, as well as personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves.
