1. Read the order of December 30, 2015

At arrêté du 30 décembre 2015 , only two routes of exposure are considered: respiratory and cutaneous. In fact, ingestion is not considered, as this route is too marginal (prohibition of eating and drinking at the workstation, and hygiene conditions to be put in place).

The "hazardous chemical agent (HCA)" risk assessment includes :

  • the form of the chemical agent (solid or fluid);

  • duration of exposure in hours/year ;

  • respiratory contact ;

  • the skin contact route.
