INTRODUCTION
For each of your employees exposed to at least one risk factor, regulations require you to draw up an individual exposure prevention sheet (Tool Model form for prevention of exposure to certain occupational risk factors. ). Exposure to hazardous chemical agents is identified as one of these factors.
It will have to be taken into account in the forms from 1 er January 2016. Only employment contracts of more than one month are subject to exposure assessment and reporting.
