4.1 Carry out site visits

For step 1, which involves identifying the risks to which employees are exposed, don't forget to make site visits, which can often reveal discrepancies between what's on paper and what's actually happening in the field. These visits will enable you to update your documentation base (job sheets, prevention plan, etc.).
