4. Mobilize the necessary skills and resources

4.1 The skills

The preliminary risk analysis phase should be carried out by a multi-disciplinary working group. Ideally, this group should include representatives from various activities:

  • exploitation ;

  • process ;

  • maintenance and inspection ;

  • instrumentation ;

  • safety.

Workgroup sessions can be led by an internal or external facilitator.
