4. Submit to SYNAPSE

Once your account has been activated, you can fill in the declaration form and choose between two options:

• or declare your notification with all the data you have collected in the previous steps;

• or declare your notification with your new UFI (Unique Formula Identifier) number – cf. Get your UFI number [FIC 1671] .

This number is the result of an obligation linked to Annex VIII of the CLP regulation, which will come into force on 1 ^er ...
