6.1 Get to the point
Reports from organizations are usually several dozen pages long. Focus on the essentials, i.e., the results and their interpretation; however, do not neglect to check the quality of the description of the situations assessed; remember that a report may be reused several years later.
Measurements are intended to establish the levels of exposure of employees at their workstations. They contribute to the prevention of occupational diseases, which can have long latency periods, sometimes lasting several decades. The measurement report is a record that must be archived and kept indefinitely.
Your occupational physician can help you interpret the results and communicate them within the company.
