INTRODUCTION
Reports from regulatory bodies are generally lengthy and include numerous appendices. The main sections that must be included are listed below, along with their purpose and the sources used to verify the information.
The interpretation differs depending on the type of measurement:
For substances subject to regulated occupational exposure limits, the measurement body interprets the results of sample analysis and provides you with a conclusion in the form of a diagnosis of compliance or non-compliance with the exposure limit based on the probability of exceedance.
Have you opted for a simplified measurement program to guide your risk assessment for substances subject to indicative limit values? You will make a direct comparison with the exposure limit value. Action thresholds will help you define a course of action.
To whom should you communicate the measurement results? Depending on the circumstances, they may need to be disseminated beyond the company. Your obligations are summarized at the end of this sheet.
